1. Promoter: The raffle is promoted by Mastercard and Oriental Bank (collectively the “Promoter”)

2. Raflle Period: This raffle (the “Raffle”) begins on December 23, 2024, and ends on February 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM (“Raffle Period”).
3. Eligibility: The following individuals are eligible to participate in the raffle: a. Natural persons who are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. b. Must be 18 years or older or legally emancipated. c. Must be the primary cardholder (holder) of the bank account associated with their Oriental Mastercard World Elite debit card, not third parties (persons to whom the cards were lent for consumption but are not account holders). d. Must not have any overdue, lost, blocked, or canceled account. e. Employees of Oriental Bank, Mastercard employees, and advertising, marketing, promotions, and public relations agencies participating in any stage of the raffle are not eligible.
4. Ways to Participate: No purchase is necessary to participate. Participation can be done in the following ways. For example,
a. Participants will receive one (1) entry for each purchase transaction made using their Oriental Mastercard World Elite debit card during the Raffle Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
b.Eligible individuals who wish to participate for free can do so by filling out one (1) free entry coupon per person per day during the Applicable Period at the main offices of Oriental Marketing, 5th Floor, Ave. Muñoz Rivera 254 Hato Rey; on Tuesdays (working days) from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The coupons must be completed legibly with their name and surname, number of their valid and acceptable identification (i.e., driver’s license or passport), postal address, and contact phone number. The participant’s data on each coupon will be entered into the electronic tombola system for inclusion in the Raffle. Only one (1) manual entry per person will be accepted during the Raffle Period. No entries will be accepted after the Raffle Period ends.
5. Prizes: A musical experience with Joaquín Sabina will be raffled for March 4, 2025, at the Mastercard lounge in the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. The experience includes an entry for the winner and a companion through the “exclusive fast lane,” VIP access to the Mastercard exclusive lounge in an “All you can eat” format with food and refreshments, as well as a welcome gift per winner (the “Prize”). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted in whole or in part by the winners nor be exchanged for cash. Winners will be entirely responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes applicable related to the acceptance and receipt of their respective Prize, as well as any other related costs.
6. Selection and Notification of Potential Winners and Alternates: On February 18, 2025, thirty (30) winners will be randomly selected and thirty (30) alternate winners through a digital tombola draw by the Promoter, who will be notified by phone and/or email. Winners must respond within three (3) business days from the notification to claim the Prize (the “Term”) and coordinate their experience. After this contact, winners will receive an email invitation certifying the enjoyment of their experience along with one (1) companion. Suppose potential winners do not respond within the Term. In that case, it will be understood that they have renounced the Prize and an alternate potential winner will be notified (in the same manner as a potential winner), who will have the same Term to respond to claim the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to evaluate each participant to determine their eligibility to participate in the Raffle and their compliance with these Rules and any requirements described herein. The Promoter may disqualify any participant (including winners) for non-compliance with these Rules and any applicable requirements. Any attempt to violate any of these Rules or provide false information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Consent for Use of Image: By accepting the Prize, winners consent and grant the Promoter and their respective advertising, marketing, promotions, and public relations agencies the irrevocable right to use their image (including their name, photograph, portrait, voice, signature, attribute, or any representation of their person) for any purpose related to the Raffle (including for commercial, mercantile, or advertising purposes), through any medium, anywhere in the world, and for an unlimited time, without notification, consent, or compensation.
8. Release of Liability: By participating in the Raffle, the Promoter, and their respective Affiliates, advertising, marketing, public relations, and promotions agencies, respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively and individually the “Released Party”) are not responsible for express or implied warranties, nor for accidents, losses, and/or damages, direct or indirect, of any kind to the winner, alternate winner, their families, or any other person or entity related to the use, awarding, acquisition, enjoyment, or possession of the Prize. They are also not responsible for defects that the Prize may present, accidents, complaints, losses, thefts, damages, and injuries of any kind caused by or occurring due to the receipt, awarding, use, enjoyment, or possession of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner, and their successors release the Released Party from all causes of action or claims, judicial, administrative, or extrajudicial, related to the use, awarding, acquisition, enjoyment, or possession of the Prize. If necessary, the cardholder to whom the Prize is awarded must accept any reasonable delay concerning its delivery.
9. Applicable Laws: This Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America (“Applicable Laws”). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Raffle, modify these Rules, and/or the announced Prize in accordance with Applicable Laws.
