We are committed to keeping you informed and making you feel right at home. That’s why, as of March 1st, your online and mobile banking will change appearance as part of the move to Oriental’s brand image.
What does this mean?
Mobile app user
Starting March 1st, when you open the app, you will be prompted to download the new app called Oriental Caribbean.
It will appear with the Oriental O icon on a gray background. Once you download the new app, you can use it as usual, with your current username and password.
Desktop online banking user
Online banking will also have a new image. You can continue to access through orientalbank.com.
When can we expect the conversion from Scotiabank systems to Oriental?
The system conversion process is estimated to be underway by the third quarter of 2020. Until then, many of the systems will continue to operate independently. The March 1st image change won’t impact your accounts or the way we serve you.
Will my login information change?
No, you can continue to access mobile and online banking with your current username and password.
How do I access online banking?
To access online banking, visit orientalbank.com, click the Access your accounts section, and under Scotia-PR Access, click Personal Banking. All set! You can make transactions online as you have done so far.
