Contest/Sweepstakes Rules: Taking photos of an unforgettable night

Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Mastercard and Oriental Bank (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

Sweepstakes Period: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 28, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility: Eligible participants must meet all the following requirements:

1. Be individuals and legal residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

2. Be 18 years of age or older.

3. Not having a prior deposit account with Oriental.

4. Not having any prior loan account with Oriental that is delinquent, classified as a loss, blocked, or canceled.

5. Employees of Oriental Bank, Mastercard, and advertising, marketing, promotions, and public relations agencies involved in any stage of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

How to Participate: No purchase necessary in order to participate. Participation is possible in the following ways:

1. Doing the following during the Sweepstakes Period:

   1. Open and maintain at least one “Libre” or “Ahorra” account as the primary account holder;

   2. Request a Mastercard debit card during the account opening process; and

   3. Maintain an average balance of $500 in the account(s).

   Participants will receive one (1) entry for opening and maintaining a “Libre” or “Ahorra” account during the Sweepstakes Period. If the account is opened through the digital channel, participants will receive two (2) entries per account opened.

2. Eligible individuals may also participate for free by completing one (1) free entry form per person per day during the applicable period by visiting the Marketing Department offices at Oriental, 5th Floor, Oriental Center, Ave. Muñoz Rivera 254, Hato Rey, on working Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Forms must be legibly completed with full name, valid ID number (e.g., driver’s license or passport), mailing address, and contact phone number. Each entry will be entered into the electronic raffle system. No entries will be accepted after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

Prizes: A “priceless” experience at the Mastercard Lounge at Puerto Rico’s most important arena (500 Av. Arterial B, San Juan, 00918, Puerto Rico) during a musical event for each of the winners and one (1) guest each. The experience includes fast-lane entry, VIP access to the exclusive Mastercard lounge with “all you can eat” food and drinks, and a welcome gift for each winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be partially or fully substituted by the winners. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes and any other related costs.

Winner Selection and Notification: On July 1, 2025, fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected: twenty-five (25) winners with a guest for the July 11, 2025 event, and twenty-five (25) winners with a guest for the July 13, 2025, event, via digital raffle by the Sponsor. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Winners must respond within three (3) business days of notification to claim the Prize and coordinate their experience. Winners will then receive an email invitation certifying their experience with one (1) guest. The likelihood of winning will depend on the number of entries that are received.

Fifty (50) alternate winners will also be selected on the same date and in the same manner. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, they will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate winner will be contacted under the same conditions.

The Sponsor reserves the right to evaluate each entrant to determine their eligibility to participate in the Sweepstake and their compliance with these Rules and any requirements described herein. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant (including winners), at any time, for failing to comply with these Rules and any applicable requirements. Oriental reserves all rights it may have at law in the event that there is any attempt to violate these Rules or to provide false information.

Consent to Use of Image: By accepting the Prize, winners grant the Sponsor and its advertising, marketing, promotions, and public relations agencies the irrevocable right to use their image (including name, photo, portrait, voice, signature, likeness, or any representation) for any Sweepstakes-related purpose (including commercial or advertising purposes), through any medium, worldwide, and for an unlimited time, without notice, consent, or compensation.

Liability Release: The Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any express or implied warranties, or for any accidents, losses, or damages of any kind to the winner, alternate winner, their families, or any other person or entity related to the use, award, acquisition, enjoyment, or possession of the Prize. The Sponsors shall also not be responsible for any defects that the Prizes may have, any accidents, complaints, losses, thefts, or damages of any kinds that occur as a result of the receipt, delivery, use, enjoyment and possession of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner releases the Released Parties from any and all claims related to the Prize. If necessary, the cardholder awarded the Prize must accept any reasonable delay in delivery.

Applicable Laws: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or modify these Rules and the announced Prize in accordance with applicable laws.

Disclosure: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, which will be available on the Oriental Blog at blog.orientalbank.com.
