Continuing the efforts to provide accessibility and convenience to our customers, we have preferential service for clients 65 and older, those with special needs, and employees of hospitals, laboratories, and law enforcement officers.
These customers will be provided with preferential access to drive-thru lanes. Starting Tuesday, April 14th, these customers should show their Senior Citizen card, driver’s license or government ID, or work identification to the branch security guard who will allow preferred access. Transactions may only be made for the account of the person who meets the special treatment requirements; transactions for third-parties or companions will not be permitted.
“It is important for us to continue providing solutions so that our clients feel safe when making any bank transaction. Our goal is to help senior citizens limit their time away from their residence and assist those whose time is limited due to service to our community to make their transactions with Oriental. Online Banking and Mobile Banking services are always available for day-to-day transactions from home. We are committed to our clients, and our focus is their health and safety,” said Idalis Montalvo, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
